Why This Challenge Exists
You do not have a tools problem. You have a rented operating layer.
Most founders are paying every month for tools that do work the business should own. Customer language lives behind someone else's subscription. Prospect data resets when a contract lapses. Workflows depend on five vendor logins to do one job.
The Built to Move Challenge hands you two real working skills the day you walk in, then shows you what they look like inside a business that owns its operating layer instead of renting it. Five days. Built once. Yours forever.
Your customer language is locked behind someone else's subscription.
Your prospect data resets the day your data broker contract lapses.
Your team needs five vendor logins to do work that should belong to your business.
Every workflow that costs you money is something you are renting from someone else.
How the Challenge Works
Five live sessions. Two pieces of work installed. One room for the whole challenge.
Each day is a focused live session on Zoom. Roughly one hour. Day 1 and Day 2 take customer voice and pipeline off your plate. Day 3 both pieces go live inside your business. Day 4 you watch the full demo. Day 5 walks through what the full build looks like.
Between sessions, The Thinking Room on OurLoop is where the conversation continues. A smaller, more intimate space for posts, questions, wins, and working through your specific implementation with the other founders in the room.
Live Zoom sessions
One focused hour per day, five days in a row. Show up, run the work in the room, walk away with output before the session ends.
Two pieces of work installed
Customer voice on Day 1. Pipeline build on Day 2. Delivered as Notion workspaces with copy paste prompts that run in Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM. Yours forever.
The Thinking Room
Intimate OurLoop space between sessions. Share progress, post questions, troubleshoot your specific run without jumping on another call.
Access before Day 1
Your Zoom link, Thinking Room invite, and challenge schedule arrive in your inbox before the challenge opens. Show up and run.
What You Walk Away With
Two real skills. Your business in motion.
By Day 5 you have customer voice and pipeline off your plate, a customer voice map built from your business, a scored prospect list built from your market, and a full demo of what ‘Built to Move’ looks like inside a real operation.
Customer Voice On Tap
Public conversations turn into the language your buyers actually use. Run it on any business, any vertical, as often as you want. The interview work comes off your plate.
Pipeline That Builds Itself
Scored prospect lists pulled from public records. No data broker. No subscription. The scouting work comes off your plate.
Your Customer Voice Map
Real quotes from your buyers, organized into pain, desire, and decision language. Built on Day 3 from your business.
Your First Pipeline
Thirty to fifty real businesses you could sell to, scored and noted. Built on Day 3 from your market.
Your Business In Motion
Day 4 walkthrough of what happens when both installs live inside a business that runs without the founder carrying every decision.
The Path Forward
Day 5 walks through what it looks like when every layer of the business is packaged the way the two installs are. For founders ready to take the next step.

I have spent years taking what founders know and packaging it into something the business owns, not another tool you rent forever. The Built to Move Challenge is where we install two of those pieces directly into your business and show you what they look like inside a company that runs without the founder carrying every decision.
Five days. Live in a room with the other founders running the same work. No course library. No theory. Two real skills you walk out with and a clear path into the IBA if you want to build the full operating layer.
The Challenge · Day by Day
Five days. One business in motion.
Day 1 and Day 2 take customer voice and pipeline off your plate. Day 3 both pieces go live inside your business. Day 4 you watch what a business in motion actually looks like. Day 5 you see what comes after.
Day 01 · Voice
Customer Voice Comes Off Your Plate
Day 1 ends the part of your week that gets eaten trying to figure out what your customers actually want. The Know Your Customer install pulls the words your buyers already use from public sources (Reddit, reviews, YouTube comments, forum threads) and hands them back as the pain, desire, and decision language they speak in. You watch a live run on a sample business and walk out with real customer quotes you can use this week.
What you walk away with
What This Replaces
The challenge is free. The tools it replaces are not.
Most founders are paying monthly for tools that do less than what these two installs do in a week. Prospecting subscriptions. Customer research agencies. Vendor stacks that double charge for the same data. Five days hands you work that replaces the rented version with something you own.
$3K to $8K/yr
What most founders pay in prospecting subscriptions (Apollo, ZoomInfo, sales engagement seats) for work your pipeline install does for free.
$500 to $2K/mo
What founders pay agencies to surface 'customer voice'. Work your customer voice install produces in 20 minutes.
Free
What it costs to walk in. Both installs are yours after Day 2. Two paid packages exist if you want the replay or the full toolkit. The challenge itself is free.
Who This Is For
And is not for.
This is for you if
You are tired of renting every tool your business runs on
You want skills that produce real outputs, not dashboards that produce more reports
You have something to sell and someone to sell it to
You can spend one focused hour a day for five days
You are done watching content and ready to do work
This is not for you if
You are looking for a course to consume passively
You expect results without doing the Day 3 implementation work
You want one more vendor login instead of a skill you own
You are not willing to run the skills on your own business in the room

What Operators Are Saying
“I stopped being the last signature on everything. That alone was worth five consulting engagements. We built the actual structure, not another plan we would never use.”

Mike C.
Agency Founder
“This was not a course. It was a working session. By Day 3 I had real customer language and a real prospect list pulled from my own market. By Day 5 I knew exactly what my next move was.”
